Fraud website, mislead the product

Mislead the product and sale increase

I didn't order the particular black dress which is worthless buying according to design and product quality,
Event i didn't ordered it, I only order 10000 rs ka product, but I received 12800 dress, and when I saw one product is ordered from your side, now when I am trying to return it there is no return policy on that particular product,
No helpline number to connect, only the support number where I can message you guy simply wrote it's a policy,
If you do such kind of thing with your loyal customer who buy 5 or 6 pieces at the time will that help to grow your business,
