Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days, while priority shipping takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below the eligible value, shipping charges of ₹200 will be applied.

COD is available only for orders above ₹1,000 with a non-refundable partial payment of ₹49–₹149, depending on the pincode.

For orders above ₹7500, only prepaid options will be available.

Order cancellation is not allowed once the order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for unused, unwashed products with tags intact and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, fill the Return Form or contact us at care@thepinkmoon.in or +91 9108401111 within 7 days. We will arrange the return pickup within 3–5 working days.

A return fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount per order only for return.

Return or exchange is not allowed for already exchanged orders.

Customized sizes, altered products, innerwear, and clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do not accept packages if they are damaged or tampered.

For defective pieces, product mismatches, or missing parts, please share a video of the package within 24 hours of delivery for investigation with our team.

If a return pickup is not available for your pincode as per our logistics pattern, we will request you to self-ship the product and share the courier slip. The amount spent will be credited as store credit once we receive it.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the return pickup is completed, once the product is delivered and passes the quality check.

Advance payments and shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed as store credit only.

If you receive a damaged product, we will arrange a pickup and provide a cash refund only in such cases.

The Pink Moon holds the authority to make the final decision.

Effective for all orders placed from April 1st onwards.
