Shipping Policy
Orders placed get dispatched within 24 hours after your measurement confirmation. Thereafter, it usually takes 3–5 working days for the courier partner to deliver it to you. COD orders may take 1-2 days extra.
Return/Exchange Policy
Want to exchange or return an item you ordered?
Step 1 - Please fill the Returns Form or please email us at care@thepinkmoon.in or call us on +91 9108401111 within 7 days of receiving the product
Step 2 - We will arrange for a reverse pick up through our courier partner. Please ensure to handover the same garment in the same condition as you received it (unused, with all tags and barcodes).
Step 3 - Send us your bank account details (in case of refund) or measurements (in case of exchange)
Step 4 - We will let you know as soon as we receive the product and have refunded you the money or sent you an exchanged piece
Step 5 - Do share your feedback with us on the garments as well as the experience of shopping with us so we can do better!
Refund policy
We want to make your experience of shopping with us as easy as possible. We call every customer prior to dispatching your order to ensure that what you have ordered fits you perfectly and you enjoy our garments for many wears.
However if you are not happy with the product or fit for any reason please contact us over whatsapp, email, phone call or instagram within 7 days of receiving the garment and we will initiate a return pick up. Once we receive the garment and find it in unused and resaleable condition we will issue you a refund to your original mode of payment. Please note that due to our dependence on courier partners getting back the garment to our warehouse can take upto 3 weeks. In order to expedite this process, if you can courier the garment to us, it will be faster. We will refund you the cost of shipping if you can provide us with an invoice.
Our intention is for you to shop confidently on The Pink Moon and not worry about us not returning your money if you are not satisfied with the product.
